Event Safety Management

Eildon Safety Services provides event safety management advice and support primarily to events run in Scotland’s and the North East, and whether you are planning to run a festival; concert; sporting event; conference; exhibitions, fundraising event or any other type of function, we can help you.

Whatever the size, type or location of your event, Eildon Safety Services can take all the health and safety worries from you and support you throughout all the stages of your event and will produce all the necessary documentation you will need to comply with the enforcing authorities, insurers and emergency services. This includes:

• Advice on layout and design, crowd capacities and management, vehicle management; and selection of appropriate contractors.
• On site support during the event, including co-ordination of the safety information required from contractors and exhibitors, e.g. method statements, insurance details, licenses, etc. Steward briefing / training.
• Production of a bespoke event safety management plan (including policies, procedures and contingency plans). Attending meetings (pre and post).
• Liaison with Emergency Services / Local Authority (i.e. licensing / regulatory requirement).
• Undertaking of risk assessments (inc. fire safety).
