As a business, the law requires that you assess the workplace risks, (i.e. undertaking risk assessments), which may give rise to harm and put in place appropriate arrangements to manage these risks. Failure to do so can lead to you / business being prosecuted, risk of civil action, i.e. insurance claims and risks to business continuation.
